Dr. Daniel C. Peterson is a professor emeritus of Islamic studies and Arabic at Brigham Young University. He wrote a biography on Islam’s first prophet, Muhammad. For the past few decades, he’s been heavily involved in Latter-day Saint history and scholarship, including more recently the production of multiple feature-length movies.
